A REVIEW OF THE BUSINESS FACILITATION ACT 2022
On 14 February 2023, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, signed the Business Facilitation (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act 2022 (“The Act”) or (“BFA”) into Law.
The main objectives of the Act are to promote the ease of doing business in Nigeria and eliminate bottlenecks by
