Parental abduction refers to a situation where one parent takes a child without the consent of the other parent or guardian of the child who has lawful custody or against a court order. This act may also be referred to as parental
kidnapping. Parental abduction is a global phenomenon which usually occurs in cases of marital disputes or failed
