CRWC has extensive experience in legislative and legal drafting. We recently assisted in the drafting of the consumption tax law of Lagos State.
The firm has reviewed various statutes governing the amendment of the financial provisions of federal government agencies (namely legislations pertaining to their establishment) and parastatals, including regulatory authorities, in order to discern the main sources and treatment of funds, other sources of funds (such as penalties and fines) and the provisions of the Finance Management and Control Act.
